Lesbian women have never been on the margins of LGBTQ+ history. They helped build it. From the earliest days of modern queer activism, lesbian women brought feminist perspectives, challenged sexism inside and outside the community, and helped create spaces of dialogue, resistance, and care. Their presence has always been foundational. And yet, even with this history, many lesbian women still experience a quieter kind of invisibility in everyday queer spaces — not erased, but sometimes overlooked, not excluded, but not always centered.

At Howdyall, we want to be intentional about that. This is a place where lesbian women are seen, respected, and celebrated — not as a side topic, not as a special edition, and not as an “also included,” but as an essential part of the center. If you’ve ever felt overlooked, tired, or quietly pushed aside, we want you to know: you belong here. You don’t need to be louder, more convenient, or easier to understand. You deserve space simply because you exist. Howdyall is building community through stories, local visibility, culture, and real connection, with room for every letter in the acronym and real attention to the people who too often go unseen. Welcome home. Howdyall sees you. Here, you’re included.
